Tiltable Wet Ball Mill
1. Overview
Tiltable wet ball mill is mainly used for wet milling of cemented carbide raw materials and also can be used for milling of metal powders.
The equipment consists of main body, hydraulic unit, and electric control cabinet.
The cylinder is double-walled for water cooling. The cylinder is tiltable.

3. Advantages of DD type ball mill
DD type ball mill is a patented product, whose patent number is ZL 2015 2 0567742.2. The product has following advantages:
In terms of driving mode, instead of traditional mode “motor + geared reducer + chains”, DD type ball mill adopt electric motor to drive the milling cylinder directly.
Total power is just 7kW, which saves 30% to 50% energy compared with traditional ball mill.
Frequently happened problems of the reducer, such as oil leakage, could be avoided. Fault rate could be reduced at least 50%.
There is no need to adjust chains regularly, which effectively decreases maintenance costs.
There is no need to use reducer oil or lubricating oil for chains, which is environmentally friendly and is easier to keep the equipment clean.
Noise is obviously reduced.
The volume of equipment decreases, which could save more space.
