3. Advantages of DD type ball mill
DD type ball mill is a patented product, whose patent number is ZL 2015 2 0567742.2. The product has following advantages:
In terms of driving mode, instead of traditional mode “motor + geared reducer + chains”, DD type ball mill adopt electric motor to drive the milling cylinder directly.
1). Total power is just 7kW, which saves 30% to 50% energy compared with traditional ball mill.
2). Frequently happened problems of the reducer, such as oil leakage, could be avoided. Fault rate could be reduced at least 50%.
3). Noise is obviously reduced.
4). The volume of equipment decreases, which could save more space.
